Human U Community Calls on Zoom
Thursdays from October 8th to November 12th @ 11am to 12:30pm Pacific Time
The Human U(nity) community is a space for people from around the world to support one another during these challenging times in history.
This series of weekly calls is meant to provide a space where we can share what is present for us, receive support, and remember and draw from our innate wisdom as we move and act in the world.
By looking to wisdom, we open to “fresh thought” and insights that inspire each of us to create healthier and more just societies wherever we find ourselves.
We welcome community leaders, educators, mental health professionals, activists, and anyone who could use a reflective and rejuvenating space to deeply consider their own well-being and how to contribute to the well-being of this world.
We welcome all races and ethnicities, religions, countries of origin, gender identities, sexual orientations, abilities and disabilities, ages... everyone!
Together, we ask: What is possible when we look to the Source of life--within?
This group was founded by practitioners of an "Innate Resiliency" or "Three Principles" psychology. To learn more about the Three Principles, visit www.SydBanks.com

Past Guest Speakers
Karen Evanoff
Karen Evanoff is from Alaska. She is of Dena’ina Athabascan descent, a culture that still lives from the land hunting, fishing and gathering.
Four years ago she came across the 3 principles understanding and the first words that moved her from a Sydney Banks recording is that ‘we are already whole and complete’. Since then learning and deepening this understanding has been at the forefront of her life.
Her passion for indigenous knowledge and nature led to a career working with indigenous elders and others recording their lifeway and traditional knowledge, a deep-rooted wisdom nurtured through the natural world.
She has been involved in many issues relating to equality and justice for Native people in addition to protection of our earth. Today, more than ever, she is grateful to have been led to the 3-principles understanding that point to how we are made as human beings. One of her favorite quotes from Sydney Bank’s Missing Link is:
The world in the form of nature is
a reflection of the human mind,
which creates an illusionary gap
between the spiritual and the physical. (p 34)Ray Lewis
